Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Liscombe Road between Rustic Road and Maple Leaf Drive.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway to install four speed humps on Liscombe Road between Rustic Road and Maple Leaf Drive, generally as shown on Attachment 1, Drawing No. ATP-SH-259, to the letter (May 26, 2026) from Councillor Frances Nunziata.

Following community consultations and meetings with concerned residents of Liscombe Road, ongoing issues related to excessive speeding and cut-through traffic have been identified.
