Summary
This report provides an overview of Fair Wage Office activities in 2025. Pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 67, Fair Wage, the Manager, Fair Wage Office, is required to report annually on the administration and enforcement of the Fair Wage Policy, including the identification of contractors and sub-contractors that have violated the Fair Wage Policy or settled Labour Trades Contractual Obligations in the Construction Industry Policy grievances, and any other necessary information. The annual report is transmitted to the appropriate standing committee by the Chief Procurement Officer.
