That City Council defer consideration of the item to the April 22, 23 and 24, 2026, meeting of City Council.
This motion was superseded by the motion to refer the item, moved by Councillor Paula Fletcher.
That in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, City Council reconsider Item DM39.1.
That:
1. City Council refer the Item to the City Manager to review the reporting structure set out in the report (December 9, 2025) from the City Manager and the Chief People Officer and bring the Item back to City Council at the appropriate time.
