Recommendations
The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorize and direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to the Canada Arts Presentation Fund together with all necessary supporting documentation, which will assist with the presentation of TO Live's 2027 performance season.
2. Authorize and direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to Miziwe Biik Aboriginal Employment & Training together with all necessary supporting documentation for wage subsidies for up to two staff positions.
Summary
The purpose of this report is to seek authorization from the Board of Directors of TO Live to submit grant applications to the Department of Canadian Heritage's Canada Arts Presentation Fund and to Miziwe Biik Aboriginal Employment & Training for wage subsidies.
