The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Approved the amendments to TO Live Policy 304 Facility Fee Surcharge to increase the Facility Fee Surcharge rates by $1.00 per ticket at applicable TO Live venues, effective for all new contracts executed following Board approval.

2. Approved an increase in the operational allocation of the Facility Fee Surcharge revenues from $1.00 to $2.00 per ticket, effective for all new contracts executed following Board approval.

3. Approved the amended TO Live Policy 304 - Facility Fee Surcharge substantially in the form attached as Attachment 1 to the report (May 25, 2026) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval for updates to TO Live Policy 304 - Facility Fee Surcharge (FFS), including an increase to the Facility Fee Surcharge and an increase in the allocation of Facility Fee Surcharge funds to TO Live’s operations.

At its meeting on June 11, 2026, the TO Live - Finance and Audit Committee considered Item RZ13.5 and made recommendations to the Board of Directors of TO Live.
