Social Development will provide an update on the final implementation year of the Toronto Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism, including Year Five highlights, legacy initiatives, and cumulative impact from 2018–2024. The presentation will also outline continued priorities and the path toward a renewed 10-Year Action Plan in Quarter two 2027.
