Summary
Environment, Climate and Forestry will present on the Black-led Climate Action Grants program, aligned with TransformTO and the Toronto Black Food Sovereignty Action Plan. Starting in 2026, the program will provide annual financial and in-kind navigation support to 10–15 Black-led climate action initiatives, centering community-driven and culturally grounded climate solutions.
