City Council Decision
City Council on July 29 and 30, 2026, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve an exemption to section 681-10 A of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 681, Sewers, on a one-time exceptional basis for the reasons set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (July 22, 2026) from the General Manager, Toronto Water and the City Solicitor, to authorize the applicant under Site Plan Application 18111118STE20SA, with respect to the property located at 353-357 College Street, to locate the control maintenance access holes for the property on the municipal right-of-way notwithstanding the provisions of the Sewers By-law.
2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (July 22, 2026) from the General Manager, Toronto Water and the City Solicitor remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
