Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Adopted the updates to the Toronto Zoo's Procurement Policy as set out in Attachment 2 to the report (February 14, 2025) from the Director, Finance, Technology, and Innovation, Toronto Zoo.
2. Adopted the Toronto Zoo Social Procurement Policy as set out in Attachment 3 to the report (February 14, 2025) from the Director, Finance, Technology, and Innovation, Toronto Zoo.
3. Adopted the Toronto Zoo Contribution Agreement Policy as set out in Attachment 4 to the report (February 14, 2025) from the Director, Finance, Technology, and Innovation, Toronto Zoo.
