Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Elected Dr. Cynthia Holmes as Vice-Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for a term of office starting February 28, 2025 and ending November 14, 2026 and until a successor is appointed.

There was one nomination. The Chair declared Dr. Cynthia Holmes the Vice-Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo.
Summary
In accordance with the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo Procedural By-law Section 9, the Board:
1. At the first meeting of the Board, after the appointment of the Chair, shall elect a Vice-Chair whose term of office shall be two years unless the Board otherwise specifies.
All members are eligible for election.
