Summary

The purpose of this report is to seek the appointment of a TTC Board member to the TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group.

The term of appointment for outgoing Vice-Chair Joanne De Laurentiis ended on March 26, 2025. Ms. De Laurentiis previously served as a member of the TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group.

The TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group consists of the CEOs for both Metrolinx and TTC, together with two Board members each from Metrolinx and the TTC. The Chair, Jamaal Myers, is currently one of the two TTC Board member representatives. The expiration of the term of Joanne De Laurentiis has created a vacancy which is to be filled by a TTC Board member.
