Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Re-opened Item TE24.61, Brock Avenue - Parking Amendments. 

 

2. Deleted Part 7 of its decision with respect to Item TE24.61 and adopt the following:

 

1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the stopping prohibition in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Thursday, Saturday and Sunday on the east side of Brock Avenue, between Wallace Avenue and a point 160 metres south.

 

2. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the east side of Brock Avenue, between a point 160 meters south of Wallace Avenue and Bloor Street West.

 

3. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit stopping at all times on the east side of Brock Avenue, between Wallace Avenue and a point 160 metres south.

Summary

At our meeting on July 8, 2025, Toronto and East York Community Council adopted a motion removing switchover parking days on Brock Avenue.

 

Transportation Services is requesting that this item be re-opened and amended as there has been a bylaw issue identified between Bloor Street West and Wallace Avenue.
