Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (three speed humps) on Cadorna Avenue, between Davies Crescent and O'Connor Drive, generally as shown in Attachment 2 to the report (November 10, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services has reviewed the need for speed humps on Cadorna Avenue, between Davies Crescent and O'Connor Drive.  The assessment indicates the warrant criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has not been satisfied.  Therefore, staff do not recommend the installation of speed humps on Cadorna Avenue.
