Summary
Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Bloor-Yorkville, Broadview Danforth, CityPlace and Fort York, College West, Danforth Village, Greektown on the Danforth, Oakwood Village, Rosedale Main Street, The Beach, and Toronto Financial District BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
