The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below, at pleasure of Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

2. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:

Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.

The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Bloor-Yorkville, Broadview Danforth, CityPlace and Fort York, College West, Danforth Village, Greektown on the Danforth, Oakwood Village, Rosedale Main Street, The Beach, and Toronto Financial District BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
