Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Turner Road, between Davenport Road and Tyrrel Avenue.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway for the installation of four speed humps on Turner Road, between Davenport Road and Tyrrel Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 2 to the revised report (September 9, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
