Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Authorized parking by permit only to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even (west) side of Thyra Avenue, from Danforth Avenue to Dentonia Park Avenue, within Permit Parking Area 9A.
2. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect May, July, September and November on the east side of Thyra Avenue, between Danforth Avenue and Dentonia Park Avenue.
3. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect January, February, March, April, June, August, October and December, on the west side of Thyra Avenue, between Danforth Avenue and Dentonia Park Avenue.
4. Prohibited parking at all times on the east side of Thyra Avenue, between Danforth Avenue and Dentonia Park Avenue.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on the west side of Thyra Avenue from Danforth Avenue to Dentonia Park Avenue, 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, within Permit Parking Area 9A and that the current no parking regulations alternating from the east and west sides of Thyra Avenue be removed, with no parking regulations introduced on the east side of Thyra Avenue between Danforth Avenue and Detonia Park Avenue.
Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Thyra Avenue from Danforth Avenue to Dentonia Park Avenue within Permit Parking Area 9A, to accommodate their long-term parking needs.
