Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Montrose Avenue, between Bloor Street West and Harbord Street.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway for the installation of seven speed humps on Montrose Avenue, between Bloor Street West and Harbord Street, generally as shown on Attachment 2 to the report (May 20, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
