The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (east) side of Hannaford Street, from Kingston Road to Gerrard Street East except no parking anytime from a point 75 metres north of Kingston Road to a point 10 metres further north; and no parking anytime from a point 48 metres north of Kingston Road to a point 5.5 metres further north.

2. Authorized parking by permit only to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even (west) side of Hannaford Street, from Kingston Road to Lyall Avenue.

3. Authorized parking by permit only to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (east) side of Hannaford Street, from Lyall Avenue to Gerrard Street East.

4. Amended the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the west side of Hannaford Street, between Kingston Road and Gerrard Street East, to be in effect between Lyall Avenue and Gerrard Street East.

5. Prohibited parking at all times on the east side Hannaford Street, between Kingston Road and Lyall Avenue.

6. Amended the existing maximum one-hour parking regulation in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Hannaford Street, between Kingston Road and Lyall Avenue, to be in effect on the west side.

7. Rescinded the existing accessible parking space on the east side of Hannaford Street, between a point 51 metres south of Lyall Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further south.

8. Rescinded the existing accessible parking space on the east side of Hannaford Street, between a point 19.5 metres north of Kingston Road and a point 5.5 metres further north.

9. Designated an accessible parking space to be in effect on the west side of Hannaford Street, between a point 44 metres south of Lyall Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further south.

10. Designated an accessible parking space to be in effect on the west side of the Hannaford Street, between a point 33.5 metres north of Kingston Road and a point 5.5 metres further north.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

Transportation Services is recommending that the existing on-street overnight permit parking and all corresponding traffic regulations on the odd (east) side of Hannaford Street, between Lyall Avenue and Kingston Road, be changed to the even (west) side. This is in response to a request from the Ward Councillor's office on behalf of the local residents to facilitate a change to the parking conditions on their street.
