The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, except no parking from the first day to the 15th day of each month, inclusive, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, and no parking anytime from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year, inclusive, on the odd (south) side of Dingwall Avenue, from Carlaw Avenue to Pape Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

2. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, except no parking from the 16th day to the last day of each month, inclusive, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the even (north) side of Dingwall Avenue, from Carlaw Avenue to Pape Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

3. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from the 16th day to last day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the north side of Dingwall Avenue, between Pape Avenue and a point 27.4 metres west, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

4. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect from the 16th day to last day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the north side of Dingwall Avenue, between a point 44.2 metres west of Pape Avenue and Carlaw Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

5. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect anytime, from the first day to the 15th day of each month, from April 1 to November, inclusive on the south side of Dingwall Avenue, between Pape Avenue and a point 15 metres west, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

6. Authorized permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on the even (north) side of Dingwall Avenue, from Carlaw Avenue to a point 15 metres west Pape Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive

7. Prohibited stopping at all times on north side of Dingwall Avenue, between Pape Avenue and a point 15 metres west, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

8. Amended the existing parking prohibition in effect daily on the north side of Dingwall Avenue, between a point 27.4 metres west of Pape Avenue and a point 16.8 metres further west to be in effect from a point 15 metres west of Pape Avenue and a point 29.2 metres further west, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

9. Prohibited stopping at all times on south side of Dingwall Avenue, between Pape Avenue and Carlaw Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

10. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even (west) side of Pape Avenue, from the Canadian National Railways to Danforth Avenue, except no parking anytime from Canadian National Railway to a point 46.5 metres north of Riverdale Avenue, and no stopping 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays from Withrow Avenue to Danforth Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

11. Authorized permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 midnight daily on the even (west) side of Pape Avenue, from the Canadian National Railway to Dingwall Avenue, except no parking from the Canadian National Railway to 46.5 metres north of Riverdale Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

12. Rescinded the existing stopping prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays on the west side of Pape Avenue, between Withrow Avenue and Dingwall Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive

13. Authorized permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, except no stopping 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays, on the even (west) side of Pape Avenue, from Dingwall Avenue to Danforth Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

14. Reduced the existing speed limit from 30 kilometres per hour to 20 kilometres per hour on Dingwall Avenue, between Pape Avenue and Carlaw Avenue, from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

15. Reduced the existing speed limit from 30 kilometres per hour to 20 kilometres per hour on Carlaw Avenue, between Dingwall Avenue and Riverdale Avenue , from February 20, 2025 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.

16. Authorized the appropriate City officials to submit directly to City Council at the appropriate time any necessary Bills to amend the appropriate City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapters, and any Schedules to the Chapters, to reinstate the traffic and parking regulations to what they were implemented prior to the By-law amendments made in connection with the decision by the Toronto and East York Community Council.
