The Property Standards Committee – Toronto and East York Panel:

1. Deferred the Property Standards Order (November 25, 2024) for 46 The Queensway, Folder Number 24 243087 PRS 00 IV to its meeting on June 23, 2025 in order to allow the appellant time to obtain clear documentary evidence that the elevator has been properly decommissioned and is in compliance with the Technical Safety and Standards Act, 2000, and that the evidence obtained is served to Municipal Licensing and Standards and to the Property Standards Committee - Toronto and East York Panel a minimum of 5 days prior to that meeting.

2. If the position of the City is that the elevator is a supplied facility as per the Property Standards By-law, Chapter 629, Section 5 then a new order must be issued.
