Amended the Required Action column of Item 1 of the Property Standards Order (May 22, 2025) for 394 Hillsdale Avenue East, Folder Number 25 163566 PRS 00 IV by deleting "Install handrails to front entrance stairs" and replacing it with "Install 1 (one) handrail to front entrance stairs on either side".

2. Amended the Required Action column of Item 2 of the Property Standards Order (May 22, 2025) for 394 Hillsdale Avenue East, Folder Number 25 163566 PRS 00 IV by deleting "42 inches in height" and replacing it with "36 inches in height".

3. Confirmed the Property Standards Order (May 22, 2025) for 394 Hillsdale Avenue East, Folder Number 25 163566 PRS 00 IV, and in so doing granted an extension to September 30, 2025 to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City.
