Requested the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services, to investigate the feasibility of installing pedestrian crossing protection on Homestead Road, between 96 Homestead Road and Skelding Court, and report back to Scarborough Community Council with the review of findings and recommendations in second quarter of 2026.
