The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (four speed humps) on Kilmarnock Avenue, between Danforth Road and Moira Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-581, to the report (November 10, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
