1. Designated the southerly eastbound lane on McNicoll Avenue, between Morningside Avenue and a point 30.5 metres southwest, for right-turns only at all times.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is requesting approval to designate the eastbound curb lane on McNicoll Avenue, between Morningside Avenue and a point 30.5 metres southwest, for right-turns only. The lane designation will clearly define the traffic lane usage, enhance the traffic signal operation and mitigate any potential vehicular conflicts.
