Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorize the installation of speed humps on Fenwood Heights, between Lakehill Crescent and Scarborough Heights Boulevard.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of thirteen speed humps on Fenwood Heights, between Lakehill Crescent and Scarborough Heights Boulevard, generally as shown on Attachments 2, 3, and 4, Drawings TC-563, TC-563-1, and TC-563-2 to the report (October 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
