Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Linton Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of three speed humps on Linton Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue, generally, as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-543, to the report (September 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
