Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Janray Drive, between Hiscock Boulevard (south intersection) and Chandler Drive (south intersection).
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of four speed humps on Janray Drive, between Hiscock Boulevard (south intersection) and Chandler Drive (south intersection), generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-565, to the report (September 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
