Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Confederation Drive, between Scarborough Golf Club Road and Kirker Avenue.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of 10 speed humps on Confederation Drive, between Scarborough Golf Club Road and Kirker Avenue, generally as shown on Attachments 3 and 4, Drawings TC-564 and TC-564-1, to the report (September 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
