Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized parking by permit only from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (south) side of Northview Avenue from Victoria Park Avenue to Blantyre Avenue.
2. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of Northview Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Blantyre Avenue.
