Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Marcella Street, between Scarborough Golf Club Road and Samson Crescent.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of 11 speed humps on Marcella Street, between Scarborough Golf Club Road and Samson Crescent, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3, Drawings TC-525 and TC-526 dated May 2025, attached to the report (May 20, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
