Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Harfleur Road, between Glendower Circuit and Huntingwood Drive.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of five speed humps on Harfleur Road, between Glendower Circuit and Huntingwood Drive, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing No. TC-523, dated April 2025, attached to the report (May 20, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
3. Subject to approval of Parts 1 and 2 above, reduced the speed limit from 50 km/h to 30 km/h on Harfleur Road, between Glendower Circuit and Huntingwood Drive, in conjunction with the installation of speed humps.
