Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Holmfirth Terrace, between Greencrest Circuit and Scarborough Golf Club Road.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of nine speed humps on Holmfirth Terrace, between Greencrest Circuit and Scarborough Golf Club Road, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (April 11, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
