Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing no standing prohibition in effect from December 1 of one year to April 15 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of De Jong Street, between Great West Drive and Zezel Way.
2. Rescinded the existing no standing prohibition in effect from December 1 of one year to April 15 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of Kawneer Terrace, between Great West Drive and Zezel Way.
3. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of De Jong Street, between Zezel Way and Great West Drive.
4. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of Kawneer Terrace, between Zezel Way and Great West Drive.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is recommending that no parking anytime be introduced on the north side of De Jong Street, between Zezel Way and Great West Drive, and on the north side of Kawneer Terrace, between Zezel Way and Great West Drive. These regulations have already been signed in the field; however, the by-laws were not updated when overnight permit parking was introduced in 2022. This report will correct this oversight and ensure the by-laws are aligned with posted signage.
