Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Rescinded the existing on-street accessible parking space on the south side of Windover Drive, between a point 66 metres west of Shoredale Avenue and a point 6 metres further west.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from
City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is requesting approval for the removal of an on-street accessible parking space on the south side of Windover Drive.
During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between Shoredale "Drive" and the by-law Shoredale "Avenue". Recommendation 1 will correct this inconsistency.
