Committee Decision
The TO - Live Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58 at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 1, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 1, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
