June 25, 2025 at 10:14 a.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised Council of the following:
Members, I will now review the Order Paper. Once the Order Paper has been approved by Council, any change will need a two‑thirds vote.
The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM31.7 – Review of the Order Paper. If Council adopts any amendments to the Order Paper, they will also be posted with this item.
We have three deferred items before us today: Items NY23.28, DM31.1, and DM31.2.
The Mayor has designated Item EX24.6 headed "Toronto Paramedic Services: Multi-Year Staffing Plan" as her first Key Matter and first item of business today.
The Mayor has designated Item EX24.3 headed "A Vision and Strategy for a Universal School Food Program in Toronto" as her second Key Matter and first item of business tomorrow.
The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, only if the Mayor’s Key Matters are completed.
That:
1. City Council consider Item NC18.1 headed "Appointment of Public Member to the Toronto Hydro Board" as the first item of business following the Mayor's Second Key Matter on the second day of Council.
2. City Council consider Item NC18.2 headed "Appointment of Public Member to the to the Waterfront Toronto Board" as the second item of business following the Mayor's Second Key Matter on the second day of Council.
That:
1. City Council consider Item PH22.3 headed "Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods - Multiplex - Monitoring Program - Final Report" as the first item of business following the Mayor’s First Key Matter on the First Day of Council.
2. City Council consider Item PH22.4 headed “Housing Accelerator Fund: Expanding Permissions in Neighbourhoods for Low-Rise Sixplexes - Final Report" as the second item of business following the Mayor’s First Key Matter on the First Day of Council.
That:
1. City Council time the following item as the third item following the Mayor’s First Key Matter, subject to Council’s waiving referral of the Member Motion ahead of the Member Motion run-through:

That City Council consider Item DM31.1 headed "Commencing Public Consultations for Communities Impacted by New Shelter Locations - by Councillor James Pasternak, seconded by Councillor Parthi Kandavel" as the third item following the Mayor's Second Key Matter on the second day of Council.
