Summary
This presentation provides an overview of Toronto's Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) with a focus on the food security pillar. The Poverty Reduction Office (PRO) will share an update on the work to revise Toronto's Food Charter, along with the work to develop a Universal School Food Program. The presentation will share opportunities for future community engagement and solicit suggestions from the committee on how we can more effectively embed the unique and important perspectives of Toronto's 2SLGBTQ+ community in this work.
