Committee Decision
The Property Standards Committee:
1. Appointed the Executive Director, Court Services, as Secretary of the Property Standards Committee effective January 1, 2026, with the authority to delegate the role of Secretary for each Panel.
2. Amended Section 6 of By-law No. 1 City of Toronto Property Standards Committee, Rules of procedure for the Property Standards Committee, as amended, so that it now reads as follows:
Committee Secretary.
The Executive Director, Court Services is appointed as the Secretary of the Committee and may delegate administrative responsibilities to a Deputy Administrator or Secretary assigned to administer a Panel.
3. Amended By-law No. 1 City of Toronto Property Standards Committee, Rules of procedure for the Property Standards Committee, as amended, to replace all references to “the City Clerk” with “the Executive Director, Court Services”.
4. Directed that such amendments to By-law No. 1 City of Toronto Property Standards Committee, Rules of procedure for the Property Standards Committee, as amended, in part 2 and 3 above, come into force on January 1, 2026.
