North York Community Council:
1. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:
MarkeTo District:
Mancini, Luana
Moran, Sr. Margaret
2. Requested the General Manager, Economic Development and Culture to report back to North York Community Council by the end of the first quarter 2026 with an update on the status of the MarkeTo District Business Improvement Area.

Summary
North York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to the MarkeTo District Business Improvement Area Board of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
