Community Council Decision
North York Community Council:
1. Re-opened Item NY23.29, entitled "Plewes Road, Spalding Road, and Katherine Road - Parking Restrictions”.
2. Deleted Part 3 and Part 4 of its decision with respect to Item NY23.29 and adopted the following new Recommendations:
1. North York Community Council prohibit stopping in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of Plewes Road between Keswick Road and Ancaster Road.
2. North York Community Council prohibit stopping in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of Spalding Road between Keswick Road and Maniza Road.
3. North York Community Council prohibit stopping in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the south side of Katherine Road between Maniza Road and a point 100 metres west.
4. North York Community Council rescind the parking prohibition in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, September 1 of one year to June 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of Spalding Road, between Keswick Road and Maniza Road.

1. Delete Part 3 and Part 4 of its decision with respect to Item NY23.29 and adopt the following new Recommendations:
