Community Council Decision
North York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Carmichael Avenue, between Kelso Avenue and Avenue Road.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of two (2) speed humps on Carmichael Avenue, between Kelso Avenue and Avenue Road, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-509 dated April 2025, attached to the report (May 16, 2025), entitled "Traffic Calming (Speed Humps) - Carmichael Avenue", from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
