1. Appointed the following candidates to the Leaside Memorial Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office beginning on May 23, 2025, and ending on May 1, 2029, and until successors are appointed:

- Brendan Brooks

- Karin Hwang-Lew

- David Martin

- Brandon Parent

2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the further revised report (April 23, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Leaside Memorial Community Gardens Arena.
