Panel Decision
The Corporations Nominating Panel:
1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the CreateTO Board:
Candidate TRB2-431;
Candidate TRB2-488;
Candidate TRB2-542; and
Candidate TRB2-543;
2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (October 15, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the supplementary report (November 21, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.

Motions
That the Corporations Nominating Panel delete Recommendation 1:
Recommendation to be deleted:
1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select six candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1a for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
and adopt instead the following recommendation:
1. The Corporations Nominating Panel interview the following candidates for appointment to the CreateTO Board:
Candidate TRB2-431;
Candidate TRB2-488;
Candidate TRB2-542; and
Candidate TRB2-543;
That:
1. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the supplementary report remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.

Summary
At its meeting on November 17, 2025, the Corporations Nominating Panel deferred the selection of candidates for interview for appointment to the CreateTO Board to its next meeting.
Since the initial deadline, additional candidates have applied for appointment to the CreateTO Board. These applications are being submitted to the Panel for its consideration.
Additionally, this supplementary report includes an updated skills matrix for all highly qualified candidates who have applied for appointment to the CreateTO Board to fill the vacancy.
