1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board:

Candidate WTB2-278;

Candidate WTB2-288;

Candidate WTB2-295; and

Candidate WTB2-296.

2. Directed that Revised Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 20, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.

Summary
