Summary
This is a supplementary report to inform the Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment of an additional vacancy on the Committee of Adjustment - Toronto and East York Panel due to the appointment of Nazila Atarodi-West to the Toronto Local Appeal Body, effective May 24, 2025. Due to the member no longer being eligible to sit on the Committee of Adjustment, there are two vacancies under consideration.
