City Council increase the 2023-2032 Approved Capital Budget and Plan for Economic Development and Culture by $41,340 gross and $0 debt, in project costs with cash flow funding of $10,000 in 2023, and cash flow commitments of $41,340 in 2025, fully funded by Section 45 funds obtained in the development at 109 Vaughan Road (Source Account: XR3028-4500202), for completing streetscape improvements on St. Clair Avenue West, at Hillcrest Village Business Improvement Area (WBS Element: CED104-13 - PAR Hillcrest Village).
