City Council Decision
City Council on October 8 and 9, 2025, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the General Manager, Parks and Recreation, to negotiate, enter into, and execute, on behalf of the City of Toronto, a Maintenance and Rehabilitation Agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation to maintain and rehabilitate a portion of the Etobicoke Creek Trail on lands owned by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, as shown in Schedule A to Member Motion MM33.13, on terms and conditions acceptable to the General Manager, Parks and Recreation, and in a form and content satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
