City Council on April 23 and 24, 2025, adopted the following:

That Councillor Amber Morley permitted to add to the agenda of today's meeting an urgent Motion without Notice concerning:
Re-Opening and Amending Item DM28.1 – 40-60 St. Lawrence Avenue – Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing – Request for Directions
Reason for Urgency:
This matter is urgent because the City Solicitor requires further direction in respect of the upcoming Ontario Land Tribunal (settlement) hearing, which is scheduled to commence on May 14, 2025.
Speaker Nunziata advised Council that consideration of Motion MM29.17 requires a re-opening of Item 2025.DM28.1 (March 26 and 27, 2025 City Council meeting) only as it pertains to Part 2.j. of the instructions to staff. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to re-open the Item.
