City Council Decision
City Council on February 5, 2025, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the amendments to City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 910, Parking Machines, Parking Meters and Mobile Only Zones, as generally outlined in Attachment 1 to Member Motion MM26.2.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to introduce the necessary Bills to give effect to City Council's decision and City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make any necessary clarifications, refinements, minor modifications, technical amendments, or By-law amendments as may be identified by the City Solicitor, in consultation with the General Manager, Transportation Services in order to give effect to City Council's decision.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM26.2 be referred to the Executive Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
