Decision Advice and Other Information

The Labour Relations Subcommittee recessed its public session to consider a presentation from the External Counsel as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations and the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.

Summary

External counsel will give a presentation on an application by the Association of Management, Administrative and Professional Crown Employees of Ontario to certify Council staff under the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

 

The Labour Relations Subcommittee will go into closed session to consider information relating to labour relations or employee negotiations and the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
